Express Motorcycle Parts supplies riders right across Australia with quality motorcycle tyres and parts. Whether you need tyres shipped straight to your door or prefer to collect and have them fitted locally on the Gold Coast, we are here to help.

Australia-Wide Delivery

We deliver to residential, business, and regional addresses across Australia. Delivery rates, couriers, and estimated transit times vary depending on your location and the items ordered Delivery cost is calculated at checkout from your postcode. We will email you with dispatch timing once your order has been checked.

Once your order has been packed and handed over to our freight partners, you will receive tracking details so you can follow your parcel every step of the way Tracking details are emailed to you when your order ships.

Click & Collect from Burleigh Heads (By Request)

If you are local to the Gold Coast, you can request click & collect from our sister business workshop, Express Motorcycle Services (EMS), located at Unit 3/19 Taree Street, Burleigh Heads QLD 4220.

Please note: Stock is not held at EMS. All click & collect orders require an advance request so our team can check stock availability, transfer the items to the workshop, and notify you when they are ready for pickup. Please wait for an official pickup confirmation before arriving at the premises.

Professional Tyre Fitting Requests

Looking to have your new tyres fitted? You can request tyre fitting at Express Motorcycle Services (EMS) in Burleigh Heads when placing your tyre order or by enquiry.

We support two fitting options:

  • Loose Wheels Supplied: You remove the wheels from your motorcycle at home and bring the loose wheels and new tyres to EMS for fitting and balancing.
  • Motorcycle at EMS (Ride-in / Drop-off): You bring the complete motorcycle into the workshop, where the technician removes the wheels, fits and balances the tyres, and reinstalls the wheels according to workshop safety checks We will confirm exactly what is included (balancing, valves, tubes, old tyre disposal) and the price before anything is booked.

What Happens After You Request Fitting or Collection?

Submitting a preferred collection time or fitting date is an initial request only. A preferred fitting date is not a confirmed booking. To ensure a smooth experience, our team follows a thorough review workflow:

  • Step 1: Request Received: We receive your tyre order and fitting or collection request.
  • Step 2: Stock Checked: We verify inventory availability and transit time to the EMS workshop.
  • Step 3: Workshop Availability Checked: The EMS workshop schedule is reviewed against your requested date and job type.
  • Step 4: Scope & Price Accepted: We provide you with the workshop quote, scope of work, and options for your approval.
  • Step 5: Appointment Confirmed: Once accepted, your fitting appointment date and collection time are locked in, and your tyres are staged for arrival.

Operating Hours

Please note that phone support, order collection, and mechanical workshop services operate on distinct schedules:

  • Phone Support Hours: Monday to Friday, during business hours (AEST)
  • Order Collection Hours: by arrangement - we will contact you when your order is ready to collect
  • Workshop Fitting Hours: by appointment only
